Yolanda Moritz, 71, of Manalapan, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Yolanda was the beloved daughter of Antonino and Iolanda Cultrera. One of six children, she grew up in a vibrant, close knit home filled with laughter and lifelong memories. Following her time at Ferris High School, she met Nicholas Moritz, and the two soon married and began building their life together. They started raising their family in Hoboken before eventually making their longtime home in Old Bridge. Yolanda was a vibrant woman who truly embraced life's pleasures. She loved the excitement of Broadway shows, the thrill of trips to the casino, and shopping for those she loved. She was happiest when her home was filled with family and friends. Christmas was her absolute favorite time of year, and she delighted in creating magical holiday traditions and cherished memories that her family will carry forward forever. Known for her generous heart and fiercely caring nature, Yolanda was a pillar of strength and support, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Above all else, her family was the center of her universe. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. Her unwavering devotion and unconditional love remain a lasting gift to everyone who knew her. Yolanda was predeceased by her father, Antonino Cultrera; her beloved husband, Nicholas Moritz; and her sister, Genevieve. She is survived by her cherished mother, Iolanda Cultrera, her loving children, Nicole Silva and her husband, David, and Joseph Moritz and his wife, Shaletha; her dear siblings, Rosario, Rita, Joanne, and Rosemarie; and her treasured grandchildren, Amanda, Lucas, Jenna, Gianni, and Ariana. Yolanda's kindness, warmth, and grace touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on vibrantly in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
